Patterns

Today we started our math patterns unit. The students created a variety of patterns using blocks, math manipulatives and by colouring and drawing. Ask your child to show you a pattern!

We also started some letter formation practice. The students were introduced to letters that live in the sky, the grass and the dirt. We were able to practice using the smart board and by using our own individual whiteboards! Ask your child to show you some letters that 'dig into the dirt!'.

We had music today and we showed our teacher our special music class song that Mrs. Buonomo taught us! Ask your child to sing you The Music Song!
